    Delivery terms and conditions

    The health and safety of our staff is paramount and delivery drivers are entitled to refuse to make a delivery if the appropriate social distancing measures are not complied with.

    Small items can be unloaded by the driver. You'll be asked to maintain 2 meters distance, wear a mask and to give your name in lieu of a signature when accepting the order.

    Large items can be delivered to an area accessible via HIAB or tailgate lorry and pallet truck. The driver is unable to assist in moving them thereafter. You will be asked to maintain 2 meters distance, wear a mask and to give your name in lieu of a signature when accepting the order.

    NB All of our hire items are cleaned on return, however you should wear gloves/wash hands after each use.
